bulked from 179 to 210 in 3 months ^partially right. Eat less than your maintenance. Lift normally as you do except take off one set on all of your workouts. So if you do 4, do 3 for your cut. Intensity should be the same while you were bulking. If you preserving your strength during lifts through a calorie deficit then you are preserving muscle. Eat high protein and high amount of healthy fats. Mess around with your carb intakes until you get steady results. Stay away from cardio unless you cant further lower your daily intake of calories.
