      Just to settle the argument from the "fast vs slow" reps thread.

      #1, Eric you look like a frail broom stick.
      #2. Sciencce is not always correct
      #3. Lifting success comes from a combination of both "science" and "broscience." Science can get you started, using proven techniques to get results.. but more often than not, the difference in the effect on hypertrophy between "fast reps" and "slow reps" in a scientific study is negligible and should be left to the lifter to figure out for himself what works best for him. Therefore, Eric can go ahead and state what works best for him in a thread, he doesn't need "scientific sources" to back his information, and we don't have to get sand in our vaginas just because he looks like a frail broomstick and still has a lot to figure out for himself. Until he looks more like the posters of naked men hanging in his bedroom, we can listen to the real lifters like BabyLover, who obviously has his **** together.
      #4. Teen bodybuilding is 99% bull**** like "what's my bodyfat %," I'd rather not have the experienced posters adding to the bull****.
