I eat a lot of food throughout the day. I consume 3000+ calories, and 140g+ of protein. I'm currently 18 years old, around 140 lbs and 5"9. I can't seem to gain weight, I eat so much, I'm always snacking and it seems in loosing weight? I was up to 148 ish and now I'm back down to 140 ish and I haven't changed anything in my diet. I work at a resteraunt and my sleeping patterns pretty messed up. I usually go to bed around 4 am and get up around noon. Could this be the issue? Any advice is much appreciated. Thanks all.

Can't maintain or gain weight, advice? Youre getting 8 hours. no matter what time of the day it is, as long as its uninterrupted 8 hours is still 8 hours. Count EVERY one of your calories for a day, trust me you might not be eating as much as you think. How often do you lift?

Can't maintain or gain weight, advice? Hey, experiment and see what works best for you. Just taking a weeks off every now and then could save you years of work. Also for a weight gainer Optimums Serious Mass seems to be very common though I haven't tried it myself to review it for you.
