Hi, I am starting a bulk. I will be eating on average 3500-4000 calories including supplements. And I was thinking of adding 20 minutes of cardio before and after my workouts to keep the fat gain at a minimum. Is this a good idea? Or will it affect my muscle gains? Please help me out. Cardio while bulking? How much do you weigh? That's a lot of calories, and your picture doesn't look too big. I am bulking and the only cardio I do is a short bike ride to and from the gym.
Cardio while bulking? I weight 66KG. Thats what I was wondering, because its so much calories, will a lot of cardio be necessary? I like doing cardio so its not a problem? what do you think?

Cardio while bulking? what? it all comes down to cals in vs cals out; i do a lotta cardio because: 1. i like to eat a ****ttttttton of food 2. Like having endurance and being well rounded (sucks if u can lift a lot, but cant run 3 miles nomsayin')
