I've been doing all pro's beginner routine for a small amount of time now, and only needing to go to the gym 3 days a week is fine, but coming up next week, I'll have access to a gym every day or whenever I need it, so would switching to a split be a good idea? also on bulking. I'm eating 3200 calories a day, when my maintenance is probably around 2600-2750 (used 3 calculators, all of them said numbers in that region) Is this too much calories per day? I haven't been lifting long enough to know a whole lot about cutting, since i haven't actually had to do it yet, just that you continue your routine, but eating less calories than you need. I'm pretty lean right now, with about 10% body fat, Should I just continue eating 3,200 and trying to bulk up as quick as possible?
Changing from a full body routine to a split? also bulking questions If your still making progress, no need to switch. Play around with your calories.
Changing from a full body routine to a split? also bulking questions Don't try and bulk up as quick as possible, you'll regret it / spend more time cutting later. Eat around a 250-300 surplus. If you do decide to do a different routine, you might need to recalculate how much you need to eat, due to more days working out.
Changing from a full body routine to a split? also bulking questions I can definitely see I'm making progress in my strength, but i don't want to eat too much and look fat while bulking
Changing from a full body routine to a split? also bulking questions yeah that's what I've been thinking. I see these threads people talk about bulking too quick and cutting too slow. I'm gonna switch over to 3000 cals for now. And if i switched to a routine where i trained every day, with a rest day, like a 3 day split, would i need to add more calories?
Changing from a full body routine to a split? also bulking questions I'm actually 154lbs now, in 2 weeks, that's why I'm thinking I'm eating too much and wondering if i should drop it
Changing from a full body routine to a split? also bulking questions don't do splits i wasted 12 months on that and i bet you anything you will like ss 3x5 better eat a 1k calorie surplus like me and watch your squat go up 90 lbs in 2 weeks lol (went from 135 to 225)
Changing from a full body routine to a split? also bulking questions I don't really like the looks of ss, i don't see the point in going to the gym if you're barely going to do 3 exercises, just doesn't seem any more beneficial over all pro's beginner routine. but if I'm wrong, could you please tell me what makes ss better? I'd like to know.
