Yo, im only 15 so please go easy on me. I just wanted to see if my workout routine is any good and will it be efficient. Mon - Biceps/Back Tue- Rest Wednesday - Chest/Triceps Thursday - Rest Firday - Shoulders/Traps Saturday - Rest Sunday - Rest Im not sure when to fit legs in and what days would be good for abs? Also I really want to build a big upperbody so is the routine okay? or should i do for example biceps Monday and Friday? Thanks for your help
Check out my routine please not very efficient, if your just starting, id reccomend doing a beginning routine such as SS, then work into a split later on
Check out my routine please http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...5564721&page=1 Read through that, OP. Do that routine
Check out my routine please okay, i've be going to the gym for about 3-4 months now and as a begginer i just did 3 days a week doing every muscle :L but I haven't seen much improvement for a while so I was reading that working a muscle 2 times a week will give better results because of longer time to rest
Check out my routine please The routine you posted was only hitting stuff 1x a week, though? And no legs
Check out my routine please Yeah I know I need advice really on what to do because i don't wanna be doing this building strength routine as this is what i did at the start im looking to see wether this would still build muscle or should i redo my routine to each muscle twice per week? the only problem is, is that I can only make the gym 3 times a week so it makes things a bit awkward. Also currently I do legs but im doing them every session which I think i need to change
Check out my routine please Well, three days a week isn't much to work with. You could do full body workouts? Go heavy on all the main lifts. That might take away though, you could just alternative upper/lower body every time you go. Just make sure you do high volume and high intensity if you go 3x a week.
Check out my routine please Thats the only thing im worried about, Overtraining. i've heard working the same muslce 3 times a week at high intensity will eventually cause them to shrink.
Check out my routine please There's too much hype from people about overtraining. If you were overtraining, oh you would know it. You would be tired all day, feel as if you couldn't get up in the mornings, be super depressed, etc. But, the fact is, it is *very* hard to actually do and pretty much comes from doing like 5 full body workouts a week and getting little to no sleep with a subpar diet. You will be fine. But seriously I can't stress enough how important sleep is...
