chest / tri's day Just because your chest is lagging doesn't mean you have to annihilate it with too much exercises. Just do enough to stimulate it. Lifting won't give you muscles. It only stimulates an environment for muscle repair and growth. EATING BIG is what makes any muscle bigger. For example, if your biceps are lagging, surely you WON'T do 20 sets for your biceps right? Same analogy. Instead of adding too much exercises in a day, instead just train your chest twice a week. 18 sets spread out in 2 days is better than 18 sets in a day. If you're doing everything right and your chest is still lagging, i guess it's your genetics :/
