Has anyone tried choosing specific muscles to exercise, as mentioned in the thread? I'm curious about the benefits. Does focusing on particular muscle groups yield better results? How do you decide which muscles to target? Any tips or experiences to share?

Again, sorry for all of the questions.

      Thanks!

Seriously? It’s really annoying how lazy some people are around here.

Instead of doing a bit of research or even just trying things out, they just expect others to spoon-feed them everything.

Exercise is about figuring out what works best for you, and that involves some effort. Come on, folks, it’s not that hard to look up information or experiment with different routines.

Please, do your homework before asking such basic questions!

      Hey @Toneup,

I didn't mean to offend anyone. I'm just really new to all this and could use some basic advice. I genuinely want to learn and improve, but I feel a bit lost on where to start. Any help on which muscles to focus on or tips for beginners would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for understanding!
