Clean bulk for first time need advice! It depends on your metabolic rate, etc. It isn't the same for everyone. Problem with these calculators that everyone uses, they are too broad, and don't work. You need to experience it yourself. Advance from calories to calories till you see notice of weight being gained each week. Personally my focus is that if I am gaining weight after each week, then i'm doing the right thing. At first, a beginner you don't want to rush onto the calories too much, as in try to slowly increase weight each week, preferably 1-2lbs a week. then the next month increase it if you want to add more. I think that by the end of the month you are unsatisfied with your bulk, as in you put on too much weight, you will regret the rush, so that's why i'm saying bulking is something you take your time to commit to, its something you do over a long term period.
