Curbing appetite with soluble fiber while cutting. ^^^yep, I use veggies for this. I normally eat a whole bag of steamed broccoli, California vegetables or a can of mixed veggies everyday. I've been trying to stay around 2400-2500 but I've went over a few time this past week. I do mix in a fiber supplement (ON Fitness Fiber: http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/op...ess-fiber.html ) with my protein in the morning and afternoon.
