      Cutting the last 15-20 lbs

      I mix my protein shakes with water instead of milk to save on calories and sugar. I do get protein from other sources like chicken breast, tuna, egg whites, etc. but need to get more protein from food.

      I agree with what you said about the cheat day, turning a day into a cheat weekend can happen and when you get that sugar/fat overload, it's easy to go overboard.

      The cons of the liquid only day make a lot of sense. Somebody at the gym told me that's what they do to cut weight quicker, because your body is able to digest the liquids quicker than food, or some b.s like that.
