It's just my theory, but please prove me wrong that you're going to build more muscle from eating eating chicken rather than eating peanut butter.

I also found a site that lists each type with its main function and use

The maturity in your posts is definitely a reflection of your age. The point is I don't know and neither do you; I'm looking for someone who does and you're not him/her.

So let me get this straight, you're saying different types of protein/protein sources will reflect your muscle building results?

LOL I'm saying I don't know but I'd like to know and I think I've found my answer. I haven't read too much yet but Lyle McDonald appears to be leaning towards yes different types of protein have a different affect on body composition. http://www.bodyrecomposition.com/nut...stibility.html

Different protein sources could have proteins that are different by their variety of amino acids.
But in general terms, protein is protein. BCAAs could cover up the majority of proteins.

There's many types of fats but we're most worried about Saturated Fats: these molecules will bind onto as many external molecules as possible as it has the potential to do so, meaining that saturated molecules will have alot of necessary size and weight which could lead to a clog up in arteries. Correct me if I'm wrong?

Well I'm looking at an article by Lyle McDonald now in regards to protein. I don't know too much about fats; I did however make a thread on MCT's(Medium Chain Triglycerides) and why they're preferable. Either way lol I'm too young to worry about clogging my arteries.

Aight, the fats part I learnt from relating with high-school Chemistry lmao. But it makes sense for me about saturated molecules.
Protein I learnt from experience and reading across bbforums ie IIFYM
