      I read a study that hypothosized milk protein was better than soy for hypetrophy. Other than that I can't really think of anything specific. Some people say that slower digesting proteins are better because they promote nitrogen balance over extended periods. The thought is that it gives your body more time to synthesise it.

      Don't know if that helps much. I'm still starting out on this particular path myself.
