      Different TDEE Calculations

I didnt say that you can build muscle on workout days, & lose fat on rest. And - You made up those surplus and deficits to equal a net balance. If I had a surplus of 10% on WO days (5) and a defecit of 10% (2), I would have a surplus at the end of the week.

Again, Im not expecting to effect change daily, Im using this strategy instead of arbitrary averages, to cycle macronutrients daily in hoped that they may be better ultized so that over a period of time, however long it takes, the body will be able to build more lean muscle while minizimg fat gain.

I lift weights and do a little cardio. I dont actually think that im building muscle when I lift and im burning fat when I do cardio. Rather, I use the 2 together as tools to promote lean muscle gain. Similiar methodology

I only made it a net balance to show you that you are able to hit the same calories everyday. In terms of body composition, aslong as your macro/micro minimums are met the only thing thats gonna affect how much mass (muscle/fat) you put on is the amount of surplus your in. You can only gain muscle slowly, if you find your putting on alot of weight in short periods of time most of it would be fat.
