Don't like training legs. Yes you need it. Thats not equivalent to a deep squat. It's better than nothing but I wouldnt recommend substituting. You'll look unproportionate brah

Don't like training legs. Screw what girls care about. You will look ridiculous if you only train your upper body. The more you squat the easier it becomes, just start with a low weight and keep doing it. Your form will get better, and eventually you will be able to add more weight.
