Hey guys I started exercising last September by doing dumbell curls at 25lbs, my arms were 11 inches (cold) and I weighed 150LBS. now 8 months later, I'm at 50lbs dumbell curls (3 sets of at least 6 reps), my arms are now 13 inches cold and I'm at roughly 165LBS. Are these good gains? PS. my arms have stayed at 13 inches for the past 2 months whereas before they were growing a 1/4 inch a month...
