      How much should you eat before working out? And what should you eat?

      It mostly depends on your personally anywhere from 10 minutes to 2 hours. You want protein and complex carbs.

      I usually eat on my drive to the gym and I'm fine. It depends on you personally.

      if you like to eat before training make it simple carbs like fruit/yogurt. keep it light.

      Your body won't be using what you eat pwo its mainly so you get a feeling of satiety but you don't want to feel to full or you will be sluggish. Just eat some carbs and protein for example I eat a apple and a protein bar

      i dont eat at least 4 hours before my workout. I cant workout when im full my core wont flex right due to my stomach being full plus i have no energy and i overall have a chitty workout

      If i eat more then 400 cal. I try to give myself at least 2 hours. Usually i have a full meal about 3 hours before i go to the gym then have a protein shake & maybe an apple 30 min. before.

      I workout in the morning around 9am so i dont eat breakfast. i only take amino energy and a banana roughly 20-30mins before i begin to lift (after warm-up and stretching)

      Everybody is different. I have around 1000 calorie breakfast about 45 min to an hour before my workout. Try eating a big meal before one day, and then try eating a small meal. See what works for you

      I eat a 700-1000 calorie meal just under 30 minutes before my workout due to work. I have no problem with it.

      I bite the head off of a live chicken and drink its blood.

      But you should be good with some simple/complex carbs and keep the meal pretty light at first.
