Been on a cut for about a month now. I started keto yesterday dropping carbs from around 150g a day to about 20-25g a day. I have heard that keto makes you tired and weak, but I actually feel really good. I feel a lot more energized and powerful. I will post a pic tonight of day 2 (today) and exactly 30 days from now

Why not just sprint/do HIIT and eat whatever you want near maintenance?

      Too much work?

Sounds stupid but I HATE cardio. I do lots of walking and I feel a lot better/less bloated/more energized when I eat low carb/high fat/high protein. Plus I hate eating too much. Also I get overtrained from running, so yes too much work

He's trying to say you're probably thinking you're feeling that way but you really aren't.

You probably shocked your body and now you're hyper, first days of keto you SHOULD feel bad.

It's weird because I feel really good. My preworkout is definitely helping me through the workout but I have been on it for 3-4 weeks now and I feel a bit better today

eventually you will feel tired and weak
it's only the 2nd day brah.
I cut for 6 months, and after about a month on Keto I wanted to kill myself some workouts.
... Other days I felt great though and the results were good.

Sprinting is anaerobic, like squatting. Its nothing like cardio, trust me. You can do sprinting drills for a half an hour, three days a week and shed weight like you wouldnt believe.

If youre happy with keto and dont mind the side effects, then by all means do it and be happy...but if you want a shortcut to fast weight loss and no cardio, take a look into it. I advocate sprinting for anyone with any goals (strength training, bodybuilding, athletics, weight loss, whatever). It optimizes the efficiency of your body on every level.

You start storing most of your food as energy (glycogen), rather than fat, since your body is adapting to drastically higher energy requirements.

Aware. I'm planning on putting in a carb up day every 2 weeks. I have already had some **** days on my cut, it sucks but I think of positively. This weeks back workout was x2 than last weeks.
