Basically I was fasting 16/8 then went quickly went to 20/4 but now i am on you could say 23.5/0.5. I weigh 74kg and 180cm. I am looking to go from around 12-13% body fat to 8% I eat around 1300 calories; 170g carbs 80g protein 23g fat 21g fibre I train 6 days a week with weights and HIT. My problem is that I cant find any forum post or blog about 24hour fast only 16/8 - 20/4 and would really like to no is there any chance of harm with 23.5/0.5. I have tons of energy so no comments on calories etc. Thanks for looking P.S only people who have a clue what there talking about
Fasting 24hours a day everyday There's nothing wrong with eating 1 meal a day, but your macros are terrible though
Fasting 24hours a day everyday umm i thought someone with a lot of posts would have a sensible answer guess i was wrong. I will tell you why you are wrong you can fast up to 72hours without your metabolism slowly down (if you need a study i can link a few). However I was looking for some with exp in fasting to tell me if there is any possible side effects. Also have u ever fasted?
Fasting 24hours a day everyday Read the title of your thread. Overall macros for the day will matter more than anything. The current thinking is that a protein meal at least before and after training should be significant to raise mps (dat anabrolic effect). The differences of having one meal per day and at least 2 before and after training are unknown (and likely negligible given overall macro sufficiency). And eat more fat, that's very low. Hell total calories are below BMR and you're risking some metabolic slowdown for yourself (if you do this for a prolonged period). There.
Fasting 24hours a day everyday Sorry my title is messed up a little. Basically I eat 1 meal a day every 24 hours and thats it.
