Fasting 24hours a day everyday 24 hour a day fast everyday? Come now at least do a bit better than that. Obvious troll is obvious.
Fasting 24hours a day everyday Honestly everything is wrong with this diet. children probably eat more than you.
Fasting 24hours a day everyday I have done my research but I wanted people who have done it. Basically metabolic slowdown I believe is bull "Metabolic rate is actually increased during the first couple days of fasting, and doesn't slow down until 72+ hours of fasting due to increased adrenalin hormones." , also read loads more about it not slowing down. I dunno about eating more fat that is something i could look into.
Fasting 24hours a day everyday You're incorrect. The fasting itself will not cause the slowdown. Your massive, prolonged deficit will: http://www.bodyrecomposition.com/fat...owdown-qa.html http://www.bodyrecomposition.com/fat...damage-qa.html http://www.bodyrecomposition.com/fat...-overview.html http://www.bodyrecomposition.com/fat...-followup.html. http://www.bodyrecomposition.com/fat...-fat-loss.html http://leanbodiesconsulting.com/blog...owdown-part-i/
Fasting 24hours a day everyday I just recently switched to 20/4 from one big meal a day. I find it better cause if i eat just 1 big meal i feel as if tho small meals are never enough for me no more so if i ever binge i go all out. 20/4 makes my stomach use to medium size meals without having the urge to snack all the time while doing 6 small meals a day
Fasting 24hours a day everyday i like the meme but have you ever fasted? cause a lot of people dont understand it.
Fasting 24hours a day everyday I'm on a 16/8. Read your thread title and explain how you are not trolling.
Fasting 24hours a day everyday OP, please quit responding to every poster. You're not going to get the answer you want, obviously. I'm not trying to be a dick. Read these threads that have been offered to you for help. I've read most of them. I've been IF'ing for 6 months now with much success. I'm going to mirror everyone who's given you a worthwhile response.... Change up your macros with more protein and fat and up your calories to at least BMR for your weight/size. It's really that simple. Prolonged huge deficits will slow your metabolism, not IF'ing for 23 hour periods.
