Favourite bulking foods Agree with FiveStar;s list - if you want to switch up the chicken then turkey is a good alternative imo so you don't get tired of it Sounds like you're trying to do a relatively clean bulk so the things listed so far will be your go-to foods. You def need to increase your intake though - someone correct me if this seems wrong (I'm just giving a guess) but I would think you should be hitting somewhere around 3500-4k calories/day if not more depending on your BF%.
