FIFA 13 I've had the early release since it came out, they've improved everything in my opinion. The first touch has been made more realistic, and game play has generally improved (more intelligent AI, quick free kick taking improved and ball physics among other things), ultimate team has been made more of a complete game in its own right with leagues and challenges and stuff added, they have added in some skill games that you can play in the arena which are quite fun, and pro clubs has been made loads more entertaining, leagues added, cup competitions, trophy cabinet etc. Also in the career mode you can now do player swaps etc and quite a few other improvements. A much better game all round, really rate it, hard to get used to (feels quite a bit different playing, the same as FIFA12 did when you were used to 11) but once you get used to it it's QUALITY Dunno about offers but got it pre-ordered with Amazon myself.
FIFA 13 Yes mate,if I remember correctly last COD in Tescos they were selling for £42 but the day of release it dropped to £24 or something along those lines.
