      Been doing SS for a while now, and strenght has gone up alot.

      Decided to start a another program now, what do you recommend ?

      PHAT or create my own, or maybe any other famous program ?

      PHAT, 5/3/1, Madcows, Allpros Intermediate...
      Choice is yours. Definitely go with a routine thats tried and tested.

      Depends on your goals..

      Squat : 230 x 5
      Bench : 165 x5
      Dead : 235 x 5
      Military press : 55lbs / hand (dumbells)

      Its 3 sets on them, also I was very weak before I started SS.

      Can you please recommend a program instead :p?

      Start getting some mass and shed fat.

      Lol jk, try find a advanced program for strenght opr newbie for mass?

      Then change things after you feel em'. Don't stick 100% 2 someones program, do your own.

      stay on SS, youll make better progress on SS than anything else.

      goal is size, will be bulking too btw
