Form check: squat bad, keep back tight & go lower, you have to at-least hit parallel or even a bit lower if you can. I'd go with the high bar position (bar on traps too) It helps me out with the form.
Form check: squat Ya it looks good, some of the reps were a little shy of parallel and could have gone deeper but for the most part they looked fine.
Form check: squat Put the bar on your traps instead of your rear deltoids, lower the weight if you have to and widen your stance if you have to

Form check: squat I feel as if I'm doing squats way too low.. whenever I see others on vids etc they seem to just go parallel/just below and movement looks different.. I try to lower through my legs and see people pushing their ass out and leaning forward slightly. Form check: squat Except I picked up a calf injury from squats last monday and think it might be related to form, don't see what else it could be, not doing really heavy right now
