Curious to see how many people go to failure every set. I've been doing this. If you don't what method would you recommend?
Going Till Failure Never been to failure on a squat, bench, deadlift, or overhead press. Never purposefully gone to failure on assistance work, but sometimes it's hard to gauge.
Going Till Failure If i had a spot i go to failure on bench, but try to make sure its on my 5th 8th or 10th rep. Depending on what im trying for.
Going Till Failure Would you explain why? Does this mean that if I'm doing a set of, say shoulder press, and I can do 10 reps I should just stop at 8?
Going Till Failure Dude stfu pls. Your videos freaking anoyy me. I hate them. You dont even look like you lift. Like not even the slightest amount. stop searching on the internet for research so you can make your videos. How would you know how to train the biceps correctly yet you have none??? Pls go build a somewhat decent physique before you start given people this crap information. Anddd it may not be crap tbh. Just hearing it from you pisses me off. Ian Mccarthy is already doing the job. So pls go.
Going Till Failure plz go into the DC training forum and tell them training to failure is ineffective strong hypothetical workout scenarios too too bad you can't measure muscle damage by simply counting number of reps, then you're broken example might be legit assclown
