      I do DC training without training to failure. Wanna compare pics? You registered on this forum 4 years before I started lifting, so hopefully you would have an advantage =D

      then you aren't doing DC training

      and if you started lifting in 2010, you aren't ready for DC training

      I train to failure on benching all the time. Three weeks ago I was doing 25's on each side, now I am doing 35's on each side. Doing failures until I can finally put plates on each side and there-on forward!

      Let's compare pics then bro. You the seasoned veteran with years of training under his belt. Me the rank novice who isn't doing the program that he isn't even ready for. Put up a pic man and I'll match it.

      DC is an advanced training protocol where majority of the people are on some serious juice...

      I only go to failure on Dips/Pull ups.

      I never tried to go to failure on squats. I wonder what would happen...

      Perhaps he isn't the qualified sort to be giving advice, but if that's the case, since you are extremely smaller than he is, get your own head out of your ass and grow the hell up. Bitch more when you finally break 145.
