Does your training include going to the gym? How often do you go there? I'm doing it four times a week but sometimes, when I'm very busy, I don't use gym at all.

Of course. My training regime is based on weight training in the gym. I do full body weight training 3 x per week and each session can be as short as 15 minutes or as long as 45 minutes.

You need to be disciplined and make time for the gym. Time management is the key.

I am busy also and do not have time for the gym. Soon I hope to make time for it though because there is only so much I can do without the gym. I used to go with some friends but with me juggling a job and school it is hard to make time. So I usually work out at home.

I turned my garden shed into a home gym and I'm hoping to workout daily in there. :)

I go to the gym usually about 3 times a week. I do a split routine, one day being for shoulders, arms and triceps and the other for my back and chest. School pretty much takes a lot of my time , so going to the gym isn't easy with schoolwork going on :/. My gym sessions usually last from an 1 hour to 2 at most.

I don't really go to the gym because I don't weight lift as of right now. I'm only doing cardio to lose weight. After I get to my weight lost goal than I will be hitting the gym maybe 3-4 times a week or more.

Well, I used to go to the gym but right now I don't have the time for it so I have just been doing home workouts. I have a universal gym at home and free weights. But the gym is way more convenient because of the variations of exercise equipment. I have to be a lot more creative with my home workouts.

I used to have a gym member back when my mom was paying for it. Then when I went to college my gym membership was free. I think it was free because they have a personal training program at the school and they want to encourage people to join and sign up for a student trainer. Nonetheless, I really enjoyed working out at the gym. I also loved being able to do different classes. I would go several times a week. But now I just workout at home for convenience and the save money. I also do like working out more in private, but I do miss the resources available at the gym. But I have a treadmill, free weights and a library of amazing workout dvds like p90x. I tend to workout from home 6 days a week.

I go about three times a week now. I used to go four to five times at one point, but I am no longer a student and don't have enough time for it.

I go to the gym every other day. So basically I go at least 3 times a week, maybe 4. It's pretty effective for me and gets me energetic for the next time I go to workout.
