A couple of us at the gym are wanting to rip up and have decided to hit the usual high protein low carb diet but
have turned to the dark side for a little help...as you do

Now the local supplier has the following in supply:

Orals - Winny and Anavar 50mg

Jabs - Equipose, One rip and Tren

One has decided to run the anavar only at 100mg for 6 weeks because hes a pussy and im thinking of test/Eq myself.

What would be the (usual) results from the above orals only and the cycle Im trying. We train 3 times a week and only the compounds with a bit boxing for cardio twice a week. Thanks in advance!

You talk alot about aas and your cardio/training. Nothing on diet........ IMPOSSIBLE to answer your question with an answer that has any substance.

There is no steroid for fat loss directly, it's there merely to preserve muscle while your dieting.

What's you diet/macro's going to be like during the cut?

Not 100% sure on other lads but for me Im currently about 180lbs weight and go by the rule 1gram per pound of protein for dieting, carbs are at the mo only 400-500g a day but its normally double for me as I like quick release for my intense cardio.

Protein is mostly from salmon, grilled chicken and the odd usn muscle fuel shake after every workout.

Carbs are from porridge, sweet pots, new pots and fruit and various other veg.

You think low carbs is 400-500g a day and you usually eat 1000g of carbs a day? LOL

Back to the diet books mate.

You sure you don't mean calories?Even so that from I would gather is not enough.

If you do mean carbs then I'd start using Google a bit more fella.

400g carbs equivalent to 1.7kg of chips...

      Good luck on that diet...

I aint needed to rip up before, Ive always been naturally lean but in the past year or two its started to be harder to shift lol, I tend to go with whaat my body tells me, if my carbs are really low I lose motivation at work and in the gym, with me doing 60+ hours a week its a necessity.

If your saying I should half that amount then thats fine and I shall give it a go, its hardly rocket science, partly the reason for the aas WAS to maintain size whilst cutting and obviously give me a little extra strength when carbs are low, cheers

In the middle of June you posted this information.....
      .................................................. .......
      11.9 stone (at the moment)
Train 6month solid every year on and off for 3years
Take in roughly 1.5 g of protein per pound bodyweight and adjust my carbs depending on training/non training days about 600-800g a day if I remember right.

Naturally strong for my size and always have stayed a max weight of about 12 stone, anymore and my cardio suffers
END QUOTE FROM YOU NOW BACK TO ME............................................

now you say you're 180lbs (12.8stone) so you've gained a stone in last few months? doesn't sound like much of a diet... must be affecting your cardio eh

and you only train for 6 months of the year?

sounds like you need to get a grip of normal, basic training

the only thing you and your mates need off the local supplier is a big fat f*ck off lol

sorry mate but you don't need gear you are just looking for an easy answer to lazy training

Well smart ****, June was more than a month ago, the 0.8 of a stone gain was probably the tri test 400 Ive nearly finished and I do squats, deadlifts and until recently mma for quite a long time. Also as I said, I adjust my eating depending on my body and how I feel, after the test I feel heavy and feel I should go back down a notch in weight but nevermind, I shall not bother you with little old me...BELLEND!
