Hi, I am still pretty new to weightlifting. I prefer a heavy bag but also sometimes walk or do the elliptical for cardio and I lift about 5 days a week. I recently switched to trying to target different muscle groups in most workouts and only doing full body 1 day a week.(previously I was doing full body everytime and it was too much). I am still trying to stay in a calorie deficit at the moment and eating higher protein. I am not quite where I want to be and want to still loose some fat while trying to gain strength.
