      Hello,

      I am new to this community. I have been working out in gym for the past 3 years and I am addicted to it now. I am close to 50 and I am trying to keep myslef fit. I am doing cardio every day and would like to know more about muscle building and be in a good shape. Thank you.

      I also has a hobby of taking videos/pictures & editing. So, I created some YouTube short videos of my workouts. I will share them in the coming days. Here is the one created as part of new year wishes

      Welcome to the community! It’s fantastic that you’ve been committed to fitness for three years. Balancing cardio with muscle building is a great approach.
