      I think i'm a little bit skinny and im looking to gain some mass in the gym. I have been working with a friend but now he's doing cut exercises and i cant do that.
      Anyway i'll be using this site:swole.me (cant post links ) for my calories maitenance

      Day 1 - Leg day

      Day 2- Shoulders and abs

      day 3- Chest and byceps

      day 4- Back and tryceps

      Day 5 - Chest and byceps

      Day 6 - Back and tryceps

      Day7 - rest day

      What do you guys think? I already have some exercises in mind and i'll be updating this post with the exercises as time goes by .

      imo you body needs at least 2 rest days per week and i dont think you need to train chest and back 2x a week

      with 2 days of resting i still would need to repeat 1 muscle day

      i do:
      m-shoulders, biceps, triceps
      t-legs
      w-rest
      th-back
      f-chest
      s-rest
      sn- rest

      with one day of hitt cardio and two days of light-moderate cardio

      Would of thought thats not enough frequency (For him atleast, assuming its enough for you), should be hitting everything 2-3x a week as i assume hes a beginner.

      cutting right now. but for bulking i do one day of low intensity cardio instead of the three days, thats the only difference other than nutrient intake

      Get on a push/pull split. Allows you to hit each muscle 2x a week
      It will look something like this

      monday-push
      tuesday-pull
      wednesday-rest
      thursday-push
      friday-pull
      weekend-rest
