I think i'm a little bit skinny and im looking to gain some mass in the gym. I have been working with a friend but now he's doing cut exercises and i cant do that. Anyway i'll be using this site:swole.me (cant post links ) for my calories maitenance Day 1 - Leg day Day 2- Shoulders and abs day 3- Chest and byceps day 4- Back and tryceps Day 5 - Chest and byceps Day 6 - Back and tryceps Day7 - rest day What do you guys think? I already have some exercises in mind and i'll be updating this post with the exercises as time goes by .
