      well in not a begginer, but im not an expert tough

      It doesnt matter if your a begginer or not the body still follows the same rules.

      Each muscles will stop growing about 36 hours after training so it makes sense to train each of them 2x a week

      edit: this is of course when you are a natural lifter and not on AAS

      got it mate. And whats the better repetition for muscle growing? i used to do for example the arnold's training for biceps: exercises with 4 set's each one and 10 repetitions
