      Help please guys

      I eat my vegetables, i'm just weary as i WANT to lose my belly fat preferably asap and carbs put on weight. at the moment i'm not fit enough to start cardio yet, but next week my hip should be fine. Breakfast i could include some toast with nutella or something?

      Help please guys

      I wouldnt tell you to do this if it wouldnt help you achieve what you want man.....Your not eating enough. Your body will start losing alot more muscle than necessary if you starve yourself so much, eat more and youll still be able to lose your belly fat, and hold onto and maybe gain some new muscle at the same time. Yes toast with nutella is a good idea. Carbs dont put on weight if your eating so few.
