Hey guys, So I've read the stickies a couple times and tried a few different times to see what I need and was wondering if this is right or not. I'm 21 years old 5'11" 162 lbs I got my BMR as 1834.16. And TEE at 2567.82 using a 1.4 since I do have a desk job but I do exercise about 5 times a week. Added 20% for a bulk at got 3081.38. For Macros I got: Protien: 326.5g Carbs: 266g Fats: 79g Does this look at all right? It looks like a lot to me.. But then again this is my first time to ever "bulk" and actually look at paying attention to my diet. Thanks!
Hi @CharlesHarris12 Welcome to the forum - sorry the delay in getting back to you. Its sounds as though you have a target/reason in mind for your "bulking". Could you share that with us? I like to hear what motivates others as this is something I can struggle with.

You can do a few more things and consume certain foods to Bulk Up Fast: Consume Plenty of Calories Lift Heavy Weights Get Enough Sleep Drink Plenty of Water
A lot of people mention sleep, how important is it? I presume it is the main time when the body gets to recover?
Interested to see this:- Avoid Overtraining: While consistency is essential, overtraining can lead to injuries and hinder progress. Listen to your body and take rest days when needed.
