      Hey eric!

No, anabolic steriods are usually the most important aspect (not bashing bodybuilders, so I'm sorry if I offend anyone).

Experience is a very important factor, but scientific knowledge is also important. Just because you see Ronnie Coleman recommend a certain method of training, this does not mean it will work for the average human being. Eric comes off as a douchebag sometimes, but at least (from what I've seen) he doesn't constantly spout BS. I don't watch his stuff simply because I would rather learn from more intelligent and more experienced people in the field, but I'm not going to bash him because he's trying to get his name out there and give people correct information.

      Hey eric!

      100% correct.
I meant experience is more important than book smarts when it comes to bodybuilding

      Hey eric!

Fact: Albert's E=MC2 theory has been proven wrong. Eric has yet to be proven wrong.

      Hey eric!

So you'd rather listen to advice from the big guy at the gym who tells you to use high reps for toning rather than Lyle McDonalds/Alan Aragon?

      Hey eric!

Eh, I think a combination of both is best. Of course I would not listen to a scientist in a lab coat who has never lifted a weight in his life, but, at the same time, I wouldn't listen to a roided bodybuilder who has no education either. Like I said, a combination of both is a safe bet.
