Hey guys, I have a few questions about Creatine That's VERY inaccurate information. Maybe he thinks creatine is some sort of test booster. Creatine works by saturating the muscles with water. Very few people are called "non responders", in which OTC creatine products don't work on them. This means that they get enough creatine already from their current diet. I personally don't take it because: 1. I don't like drinking 6 liters a day. 2. Creatine and it's effects are still being researched. Just recently, a study was posted on the misc about how creatine causes hair loss in people who are pre disposed to it genetically (or maybe it made hair loss occur earlier). As of now, it is safe.
Hey guys, I have a few questions about Creatine Lol thanks. But when it saturates does it make them look less toned?
Hey guys, I have a few questions about Creatine I'm not entirely sure what you mean... I believe you COULD potentially lose muscular definition due to bloating, but none of it will be permanent.
Hey guys, I have a few questions about Creatine This was probably the DHT study. I don't think it directly showed hair loss, just increased conversion of testosterone to DHT, which is a hormone associated with hair loss. DHT is more powerful than testosterone though, so it has ups and downs.
Hey guys, I have a few questions about Creatine Creatine water retention is pretty much entirely intracellular. It's extracellular water retention that makes you 'bloat'. Most people who swear they bloat on creatine are just getting fat because they think it is some magical steroid-like supplement they need to eat 5k calories a day on.
