      its impossible to convert fat into muscle though, i assume you want to replace the dat you have with some muscle.

      welcome mate, if you have sat about doing no exercise then the fat will drop off you as you do weights. shouldnt worry too much about cardio i wouldnt think.
      if you train hard at the gym there shouldnt be much fat on you. obviously if your bodytype doesent work like that then throw some cardio in too

      but remember, diet is also a big factor to what your body looks like.

      as for protein, keep out of holland and barrets, its a rip off. have a look on the myprotein site or atleast online instead of going into shops as you will pay alot more for it.

      Thanks secret for that honestly shocked to find out that don't need to do as much cardio as i expected. Can't wait to start now and get into the routine of things.

      just do 15-20 mins cardio after your weights mate good warm down plus burn a bit of blub.
