Hey guys, I'm 23 years old, living in NY, and I'm 2 weeks into a weight training program I started in order to get stronger while getting back into shape. I'm not fat but I was living a very inactive lifestyle for some time. As you can imagine there have been some growing pains, but I'm actually starting to enjoy the soreness a little. I'm looking forward to getting some advice on my routine, as well as on the right supplements to use. I'm using free weights almost exclusively and I hate to admit it but I haven't been doing much cardio. I'm looking forward to getting to know you all.
