      Hey guys , I'm new to the forum and I thought I'd start off by introducing myself. First of all, I'm 17 years old and just started working out 5 months ago. I'm mostly known at forums by TheSilentKid, and I hope to find more information here about how to properly work out, and what to eat, etc. I usually work out 3 times a week or 4 if possible, this is because of my class schedule, which is pretty hectic :/. I'm a lean type of guy , and ever since I started working out, have definitely gained weight and more muscle, I don't plan on stopping until I'm 19 at least, then take a break probably. Anyway, that's it for my introduction, hope to have a great time learning more stuff here and meeting you guys, cheers! :)

      I think its great that you are working out! Keep up the hard work and it will pay off! Are you training for a sport or just overall well being?
