      i wanted to make some convenient protein bars to have. im on a keto diet and this would be easy to eat after workout. anyone tried this mixing together? how could i make bars with this combo? do i need to bake them?

      I have NO idea how the egg whites would work out but the PB+whey comes out to be a very odd consistency.
      It's chewy/sticks to the roof of your mouth/teeth like glue, kinda odd.

      You might be better off with beef jerky.

      Not sure but I'm guessing substituting oats for egg whites may work better.

      i guess this is a fail approach. cant use oats. im on keto diet. oh well

      Generally I find Homemade protein bars to be a pain in the arse to make and usually turn out like sheeeet, but I myself enjoy buying them.

      I actually mixed PB, whey protein, olive oil, and some mixed nuts together on a sheet pan put them in a fridge over night and it made a fairly decent chewy high fat/protein snack
