That isn't absolute failure. Your arms won't just give out resulting in you crushing yourself. It is a troll question, because if you are too stupid to come up with the option of "lower the weight all the way down, rest against your chest, then sit up", I weep for the future of humanity.

Listen, yeasterday i lifted these dumbells to failure, my arms were extended and i couldnt lower them in a controlled fashion because i feared my arme would fall in on me, they would have! Also, i felt like my hands were giving up too, this would have meant that the db's could have come in on my head or chest had i not dropped them...so...i did drop them. Then my neighbor went crazy. I wanna avoid that again, u understand
