I would be interested to see how members of the forum split their exercise program between compound and isolation workouts. What do you see as the obvious pros and cons?
For me, one of the most important factors is to eat well and get enough protein that our body needs during the period in which we exercise. Especially if we want to build muscles. Do you agree with me?
