How does this look for a 3-day split? Hmm, a training buddy of mine has told me the same thing, but then again his whole workout plan, and generally his reasons for working out are completely different than mine, so I've been doing what works for me and he's been doing what works for him.. Well I guess I can try working each muscle out more than once a week and seeing how it goes from there
How does this look for a 3-day split? haha sorry man, but you're not feeling it in your back. How many people bench press to get a huge back?? It is a pushing movement. It uses the chest/triceps/and some shoulders. There is no way to say that for you it's different.
How does this look for a 3-day split? Don't just 'try' doing it. Get on an established program. Otherwise it's just a shot in the dark, and you may or may not see good results.
How does this look for a 3-day split? So aren't delts on of the main muscles being worked from pushups?
How does this look for a 3-day split? Which program would you suggest me? I work out mainly for aesthetics.

How does this look for a 3-day split? Delts are the muscles that actually give your back a muscular look though. And lats give it the wide look.
