      How many of you do cardio after weights?

      Too many calories man. You need to go for about 200 cals a day. You'll drop the weight in no time!

      How many of you do cardio after weights?

      Cardio isnt only good for cutting, but over all health. Cardio is a must, why have all those nice muscles and be unhealthly on the inside? I do a MINIMUM of 30minutes of cardio 5 times a week. If your not overweight then you prob dont have to do so much, but I am tring to get my BF down so I do alot.

      If cardio is boring for alot of you guys, I do recommend taking your phone and watching videos/movies or chatting with your buddy. I know I get lost in movies and bam, 30mins gone by and you want to do more because you got into the movie.

      How many of you do cardio after weights?

      35 min 4 days a week. Was a runner in a past life, hope to be again in about 30 lbs
