How's my 6 day split? Why aren't calves just included in legs? Also, critique is pretty pointless without exercise selection and rep scheme.

How's my 6 day split? If you can hit the gym 6days a week, you should be taking advantance of the push/pull/legs split to hit muscles x2 times a week. Spiderman997, maybe a day ago cited some sources saying work out a muscle 2-3times a week a time efficient gains. Only way to achieve hitting muscles x3 a week would to be doing a Upperbody/Lower body split.

How's my 6 day split? You should do a push/pull/legs(and abs) split then. Hits everything x2 if you can put in 6days. Your split was doing fine and looked time efficient for the first couple days as it follows a push/pull/leg structure until the saturday and sunday ones.
