To start off, I AM gaining muscle, I've had noticeable gains, and my lifts have ALL increased.. It's not gaining muscle thats the problem. I'm just not gaining weight and I don't understand why! I just turned 15, I'm 5' 9 1/2", eat about 4000 cals a day. I don't feel like i've lost any more fat...but i've gained a ton of muscle! whats the story with this?! I hate being 140!! I'm stronger than many of my friends who are around 160-ish, and my size. Why am i so light?? any help/explanation would be appreciated! ***EDIT*** No more posts saying "you don't eat 4000 calories" don't believe it? GTFO the thread! damn! I know what I eat and its always between 3500-4500 a day. damn.

I don't get it! Why am I not gaining weight?! Count your calories you may think your eating 4000 but acc are not? , also check what you do daily and add to ur calories (ie if u do a sport eat more to cover calories lost)
