Bingo, you shouldn't start with what you can CURRENTLY DO, you should start with much less so that your body can gradually adjust to the increase in weight.

As I said in the OP, when I was lifting a lot last year I was at max 148 lbs. And then I lost all of that gradually to the point where I hit 130 lbs.

It only adds up to around 3,500 + when I drink my whey(with other stuff added in to increase calories and protein) after workout. Disregarding workout days, the amount I eat generally goes up to the 3,000 range

You lost weight, of course you got weaker. You need to BULK on SS. Dude wtf? Do you not understand that you need to GAIN WEIGHT in order to see significant strength gains? We all have our **** days but EAT MORE. Breakfast, lunch, preworkout, post workout, dinner. A lot of carbs, fats, and protein. More food = more gains. You are either doing a lot of exercising outside of SS that's causing you to burn all 3,500 cals you eat a day, or you're not eating enough.

      Choose:
      1. Eat more
      2. do ONLY SS

      >One person tells me to eat more

      >The other person tells me I'm eating too much

      What the ****?

Also, other than SS, I don't exercise. And I've been gaining weight dude.
