you fukers mad. I finish my workouts quick. Took me about 30 minutes to finish my Chest/shoulder/tricep workout today. Strength increase is insane. For Example I usually do shoulder presses after incline bench press and flat db presses Grab the 60-65s for a quick warmup for around 4-6 easy reppys then grab the 90's for my working set and rep it to failure
I only do 1 set to failure per exercise My workouts last for around 1 and a half I'd love to do 30 minute workouts an make progress. What routine are you running?
I only do 1 set to failure per exercise Its modified. Basically Legs/Push/Pull/off/Repeat. Its very similar to Dorian Yate's blood and guts style training routine. I made huge gains doing a 5 day bodybuilding split based on blood and guts style training when i was noob but now since i upped the frequency and know my body better, ive been seeing all kinds of gains.
I only do 1 set to failure per exercise I do low volume too, 2 to 3 sets. I'm out in about 45 minutes though
I only do 1 set to failure per exercise your point? I can get 17 sets in easily in under an hour. and my strength is past yours...
I only do 1 set to failure per exercise you mad there are plenty of studies showing multiple sets > single set for both strength and hypertrophy?
I only do 1 set to failure per exercise arent you the genetic freak of nature who got his bench up to 365 in 10 months of training. Posted the video of 110 shoulder presses with a spotter.
I only do 1 set to failure per exercise facepalm. Inb4 ten page discussion of people preaching terribly-flawed studies that barely even relate to the topic and cannot be applied with any sort of relevance
I only do 1 set to failure per exercise Gonna go read up on blood and guts now, thanks for the info brah
