I only do 1 set to failure per exercise i really cant train multiple sets for anything other than a couple back exercises or squats. Feels to Unnecessary to me to do multiple sets. Feels like im beating a dead horse

I only do 1 set to failure per exercise There have actually been plenty of studies comparing multiple sets to single sets and multiple sets have always been better http://jap.physiology.org/content/ea...iol.00307.2012 This is a new 2012 study that shows doing only 1 sets resulted in half the muscle growth as compared to 3 sets. It is done on beginners but you cant just rule it out.
