I think I've got a leg length discrepancy

Longer leg is slightly larger. I have literally never noticed it. We had to learn to measure and diagnose this in my structural class, that's the only reason I know I even have it. The pelvis will tilt slightly to adjust for it.

they are different positions and my feet angle out differently. If i try to textbook form I have pain. with the way i squat I get more power and no pain.

Do you know how much of a difference there is? Is it noticeable when lying on your back with your knees folded, kinda like in a situp position?

Interesting. How did you know you have a 3/4" difference? Measured from a physio?

I have about 3/4-1" discrepancy. I notice my pelvic tilt a bit, never length discrepancy really though. Standing or sitting I can feel my pelvis tilted very slightly to the right side.

chiropractor. I apparently have horrible rotational flexibility too. after the adjustments the discrepancy was negligible but it needs to be done often to actually stick.

Could you describe how a pevlic tilt feels? I'd love to see if mine does it. I'm afraid that if I end up going to see the quack, he might tell me I can't ever lift again.
How does a discrepancy effect performance in an exercise like RDL's? in theory, would one knee be bent more than the other to compensate for the extra length?

Do you have it done often?

If I stand up and put my hands on the iliac crests of my pelvis, I can identify that my right iliac crest is a good bit lower. It's what I'm used to doing so it 'feels' normal to me. Like I said before bro, I honestly never notice it although it is something I would like to fix in the future, but I have no idea how it affects performance.

Thanks for the good responses man. Always a big help. I think I might just continue lifting seeing as it doesn't really bother me.
